About

In real life, I work in an office, however, art has always been a passion of mine. This year, I hope to finish creating an illustrated book (almost done!) and post all my recent historical-themed sewing projects on this website (done!), and I hope to only improve from there. My other hobbies include gardening, cooking, and spending time outside whenever I can.

My favorite artists include J. W. Waterhouse, Arthur Rackham, and Brian Froud. My favorite tea is Bengal Spice Tea, but if we’re talking home-grown ingredients, I am becoming more and more fond of Bee Balm (wild bergamot) tea. I’m hoping to grow my own chamomile this year because I drink so much of it.

I bake a lot of bread:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil+ extra
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • Greased loaf pan

Activate the yeast using warm water and sugar. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. When bubbly, pour yeast mixture into flour mixture. Knead 10 min, then form a dough ball. Coat lightly in oil, then set back in the bowl and cover with a cloth. Allow to rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Turn out dough onto a clean surface, punch down, and form a loaf. Place into greased loaf pan and bake 25 minutes.
